Redact third parties systematically
Run face detection and tracking, then review every relevant section. Decide how the requester and authorised staff should be treated under the organisation’s policy.

Release only the approved derivative
Verify the exported file opens, plays completely and contains the expected audio. Confirm the filename, recipient and transfer method before release.
Retain or delete working files according to policy and record completion without collecting unnecessary new personal data.
