What information CensorFlow handles, and what it deliberately does not.
This document is provided as a plain-language policy for the CensorFlow website and account service. It is not legal advice; the operator should have it reviewed by qualified counsel before launch.
The video you process
CensorFlow processes video inside the installed Windows application, on your own computer. The website and account service do not receive your source footage, and there is no video-upload endpoint anywhere in the product.
Account information
To provide licences and downloads, the account service handles the email address you sign in with, your licence and device activation records, and download events. This information exists to operate your account, not to profile you.
Licence validation
The desktop application contacts the licence service to activate and periodically validate your licence. This exchange concerns the licence, not your footage.
Analytics
With your permission, the website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page views, navigation and commercial interactions. The Google tag is not loaded until you allow analytics. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in this configuration. CensorFlow does not send source video, account email addresses or form contents to Google Analytics.
