Add your video

Drag in an MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV, or supported video file. Your footage remains on your computer.

Your video is opened directly by the installed CensorFlow desktop application. It is not uploaded to the CensorFlow website, CensorFlow storage, or a cloud rendering service.

Choose how faces are protected

Select full-face blur, strong blur, pixelation, eye blur, or a solid privacy mask.

Full-face blur is recommended when stronger identity protection is required. Eye blur is a lighter treatment but may not prevent recognition from other facial characteristics. Pixelation gives a familiar editorial style. A solid privacy mask provides the strongest visual obstruction.

Process and export locally

CensorFlow detects, tracks, and protects visible faces across the video before exporting the completed file on your PC.

Internet access is required for initial licence activation and occasional licence validation. Video analysis, face tracking, censorship rendering, and video export occur locally.

Precision detection

It censors faces — not lamps, wheels and windows.

CensorFlow no longer blurs on sight. Each detection is confirmed with evidence across several frames before it is ever censored, so face-shaped objects stop being covered while real faces stay protected — including through brief detector misses in motion blur or low light.

Confirms each face across several frames before covering it — the best trade-off for most videos.

Maximum Privacy

More sensitive detection and longer coverage. May censor uncertain face-like regions on sensitive footage.

Review & correct

Before exporting, you can preview every detection frame by frame, remove anything that is not a face, and drag a rectangle to cover a face the detector missed. Corrections stay with your project and never alter the underlying model.

Privacy by design

Your footage does not need to leave your computer.

CensorFlow performs video decoding, face detection, tracking, censorship rendering, and export locally using your own computer.

The internet validates your licence — not your footage.

The application sends the minimum licence and device information required to authorise the permitted number of installations — the licence key, a privacy-conscious device identifier, and basic application/version metadata. It does not send your video.

No. CensorFlow does not upload customer videos for model training.

Local processing reduces the need to transfer footage to a third-party rendering service. You remain responsible for your own computer security, storage practices, permissions, and legal obligations.

Temporal tracking

A blur that follows movement — not individual frames.

CensorFlow combines detection and temporal tracking so that protection follows a face as a person moves through the scene.

Without tracking, a detector can create flickering when a face is temporarily difficult to see. Tracking helps maintain a smoother visual result between detections. Tracking is not perfect and does not guarantee coverage in every frame.
