This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation or remedy required by applicable consumer law.

Cancel future renewal

You can cancel an annual subscription through the account billing area. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; the current licence normally remains active until the paid period ends.

Problems with the software

If CensorFlow does not work as described on a supported system, contact [email protected] with the purchase email, a description of the problem, your Windows and hardware details, and a diagnostic report if available. We will try to resolve the issue and provide the remedy required by law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.

Consumer cancellation rights

UK and EEA consumers may have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract. For digital content, that right can be affected once immediate supply begins only where the legally required express consent and acknowledgement have been given. We assess requests according to the checkout record and the law that applies to the customer.

How refunds affect access

When a purchase is refunded or reversed, the related licence and device entitlements may be deactivated. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method; bank processing time is outside CensorFlow's control.
