End User Licence Agreement

Grant of licence

Subject to payment and a valid, active licence, LEVEL HIGHER grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use CensorFlow on the number of Windows computers permitted by your plan during the licence period.

Local processing

Video decoding, face detection, tracking, censor rendering and export are designed to run on the authorised computer. Licence activation and validation use the internet but do not upload source footage for processing.

Restrictions

• Do not redistribute, sublicense, rent or resell the software or licence key
• Do not bypass activation, validation, expiry or device controls
• Do not reverse engineer the software except where applicable law expressly permits it
• Do not use CensorFlow for unlawful surveillance, harassment or infringement of rights

Updates and licence status

You may download published builds while your licence is active. The application may periodically validate entitlement. When the paid period ends or the licence is cancelled, expired, refunded, disputed or revoked, protected features may stop until entitlement is restored.

Review remains required

CensorFlow assists with automatic face detection, tracking and censorship; it cannot guarantee that every face will be detected or concealed in every frame. You must review the complete exported video before publication, disclosure or any other use where concealment matters.

Ownership and termination

CensorFlow and its original software, branding and documentation remain owned by LEVEL HIGHER. The licence ends automatically if you materially breach this agreement. Terms that by their nature should continue, including ownership, restrictions and responsibility for prior use, survive termination.
