Using the service

The website and account service let you purchase a CensorFlow licence, manage billing, reveal your active key, authorise devices and download current software releases. You must provide accurate account information, keep access to your email secure and use the service lawfully.

Annual subscriptions

The plan, price, billing period and taxes are shown before payment. An annual subscription renews at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel through the billing area; cancellation stops the next renewal and access normally continues until the paid period ends. A failed, refunded or reversed payment may suspend the associated licence.

MVP sales territory

During the initial MVP period, automated online checkout is offered only to customers based in the United Kingdom. Stripe collects a UK address as evidence of sale eligibility and for tax records; CensorFlow is delivered digitally and no physical item is shipped. Customers in other countries should contact [email protected] before purchasing.

Delivery and activation

After confirmed payment, CensorFlow provisions access to the account and active licence associated with the purchase email. The number of authorised Windows computers depends on your plan. Licence validation is required at activation and periodically during the licence period.

Acceptable use

• Do not share, sell or publish licence keys or account access
• Do not bypass activation, device limits or security controls
• Do not interfere with the service or use it to break the law or another person's rights
• Do not represent automated face detection as a substitute for final human review

Availability and changes

We use reasonable care to keep account, licensing and download services available. Maintenance, security work or circumstances outside our control may cause temporary interruption. We may update the software and these terms; material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated in a reasonable way.

Responsibility

Automatic detection can be affected by lighting, motion, occlusion, image size and other footage conditions. You are responsible for reviewing the protected export before relying on or sharing it. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable UK consumer rights.
